Yingzi VPN is a network acceleration application provided by TF RESOURCES LLC. This Yingzi VPN Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") establishes the relevant rights and obligations between the user (You) and Yingzi VPN regarding the provision of services. These terms are legally binding upon both You and Yingzi VPN.

    1.1 Services are provided to you under the following terms. These terms may be updated by the Yingzi VPN team at any time without prior notice. Should this Agreement be modified, the changes will be posted on the website. The modified Agreement becomes effective immediately upon publication, thereby replacing the previous version. Furthermore, when you use special services provided by Yingzi VPN, you and Yingzi VPN shall abide by the relevant guidelines and rules that Yingzi VPN may announce from time to time. All aforementioned guidelines and rules constitute an integral part of this Agreement.
    1.2 Before using any services provided by Yingzi VPN, you should carefully read this Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement and/or any subsequent modifications to it, please immediately cease using all services provided by Yingzi VPN. By continuing to use Yingzi VPN's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to all contents of this Agreement, including any modifications Yingzi VPN may make at any time, and you thereby become a user of Yingzi VPN (hereinafter referred to as a "User").

    2.1 Currently, Yingzi VPN provides users with services including but not limited to: supporting single-player and multiplayer participation, instant messaging services (such as sending voice messages, images, and text), and interactions such as liking and commenting on photos published by yourself or others. You understand and agree that these services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. For any issues including but not limited to the timeliness of user information or personalized settings, transmission errors, failure to store, or any other problems, Yingzi VPN assumes no responsibility. Yingzi VPN reserves the right to suspend any part of this service for maintenance, upgrades, or other purposes without prior notice.
    2.2 Please understand that Yingzi VPN only provides relevant network services. All related equipment (such as personal mobile devices and equipment required for internet or mobile network access) and associated costs (such as mobile data charges for internet access) shall be borne by the user.
    2.3 By accepting Yingzi VPN's services, users agree to receive various information services provided by Yingzi VPN. This information may include promotional content, activity notices, order details, commercial communications, and information from Yingzi VPN partners, presented in formats including but not limited to text and images. Delivery methods may include emails and SMS messages. By logging into or using Yingzi VPN services, you consent to receive such communications.
    2.4 Yingzi VPN provides legal and wholesome products and services. However, users are solely responsible for their use of Yingzi VPN and assume all associated risks. Under no circumstances shall Yingzi VPN be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its services.
    2.5 Unless otherwise agreed between you and Yingzi VPN, Yingzi VPN reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice and shall not be liable to users or any third party for doing so.

    3.1 Upon successful login authorization, you become a legitimate user of Yingzi VPN. You must immediately notify Yingzi VPN if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other security breach.
    3.2 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Any violation of national laws that may constitute a crime will result in prosecution, and you shall bear all corresponding legal liabilities.
    3.3 Yingzi VPN commits to using your personal information only for the purposes of this service, which include transaction processing, payment verification, policy updates, user notifications, promotional communications, and other service-related functions. If you believe your personal information is being used beyond this scope, please contact customer service immediately for investigation.

    Your registration information and other data retained by Yingzi VPN are protected under relevant Chinese privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

    5.1 In this Agreement, "publicly accessible areas of the service" refer to sections generally available to all users.

    Any interactions, communications, or transactions with advertisers or other third parties through this service, including participation in promotions, payment processing, delivery arrangements, and any associated terms, are solely between you and those third parties. Yingzi VPN bears no liability for any losses or damages arising from such interactions.

    7.1 Yingzi VPN does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information (including content or advertisements) obtained through this application. Users must exercise their own judgment and caution. Yingzi VPN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on such information.
    7.2 Yingzi VPN may, but is not obligated to, correct any errors or omissions in the service.
    7.3 Yingzi VPN does not warrant that:
        - The service will meet your specific requirements;
        - The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
        - Any products, services, or materials obtained through the service will meet your expectations.
    7.4 You assume all risks associated with using materials obtained through this service, including any damage to your device or data loss.
    7.5 Yingzi VPN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:
        - 7.5.1 Use or inability to use the service;
        - 7.5.2 Any products, data, or services purchased or obtained through the service;
        - 7.5.3 Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
        - 7.5.4 Any other matters related to the service;
        - 7.5.5 Fraudulent information disseminated by third parties resulting in user losses.

    You acknowledge the global nature of the internet and agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and content. You specifically agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yingzi VPN, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

    Yingzi VPN reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice. This includes removal of your content. You agree that Yingzi VPN shall not be liable to you or any third party for such termination.

    The Yingzi VPN name, logos, and related trademarks are proprietary. You may not use them without prior written permission from Yingzi VPN.

    12.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for binding arbitration.
    12.2 Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
    12.3 If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
    12.4 Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal significance.
    12.5 TF RESOURCES LLC reserves the right of final interpretation of this Agreement.
